Authentic Flow blends familiar yoga postures with intuitive, expressive movement.

Each class is built around a somatic theme and supported by a carefully curated soundscape. You’ll move through energising sequences before gradually softening into slower shapes and guided rest.

This practice moves from yang into restorative yin, leaving you grounded, expressive, and deeply replenished.

Open to all abilities, with options always offered.
