Through longer-held, floor-based postures, you’ll gently open the body while encouraging stillness and surrender. This is a space to pause, breathe, and release built-up tension.

Ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed or in need of deep rest.

Expect long supported holds, calm guidance, and a nervous system reset.
